What languages are supported?

Loco supports multiple languages. You can choose your preferred language during sign-up, and the platform will prioritize content in that language while still showing you all neighborhood activity.

How do I create an account?

Can I change my display name or profile photo?

Yes, you can update your profile at any time from the account settings page. Changes are reflected immediately across the platform.

How do I delete my account?

Can business owners respond to reviews?

Yes, business owners with a Pro account can respond to all reviews on their listing. We encourage constructive dialogue between businesses and their customers.

Are reviews verified?

Reviews are written by registered Loco users. Our community moderation system helps ensure reviews are genuine and helpful.

How do I list my business on Loco?

Sign up for a Loco account and upgrade to a Pro profile. You can then add your business details, including services offered, operating hours, location, and photos.

How much does a business listing cost?

Basic business listings are currently free. Premium features and enhanced visibility options may be available in the future.

How can I improve my business visibility?
